Dynamics – Your Authenticity as a Coach

Prerequisites: Accepted Registration into CPC program; Completion of Living Your Vision®, Essentials and Power 3 day in-person courses, 2 book reports, client coaching log

This 3 day in-person course focuses on the integration of coaching skills so that you naturally embody your unique expression as coach and step confidently into building your coaching business. As the third of the four coaching skills courses and a prerequisite for Mastery, Dynamics introduces you to effective methods for creating powerful connections with prospective clients and effectively expressing your value and benefit as a coach.

You will:

  • Clarify what unique expression as a professional coaching IS and how you will choose to express it in the world.
  • Expand your skills for connecting with prospective clients and extending an invitation to enter a coaching relationship.
  • Improve professional effectiveness as a coach through mentored practice coaching sessions and creation of a professional development plan.
  • Practice giving and receiving effective feedback specific to the ICF core coaching competencies.
  • Collaborate with peers as a Master Mind team for refining your business plan.
  • Deepen confidence in building a thriving coaching business whether as an entrepreneur or inside an organization.

Living Your Vision®, Essentials, Power, and Dynamics must all be completed before taking Mastery.
