Certified Professional Coach Curriculum

New coaches achieve the competence, professionalism and confidence to be successful members of the coaching community through the inviteCHANGE Certified Professional Coach training program.

The Certified Professional Coach curriculum comprises skills training and personal development in 5 courses:

  1. Living Your Vision®
    your personal experience of the transformative living paradigm designed for deepening self-awareness and providing greater personal clarity and fulfillment  - conscious choice and sustained change
  2. Essentials
    provides the foundation for coaching skills
  3. Power
    together with Essentials, expands and deepens coaching skills
  4. Dynamics
    improves professional effectiveness for successfully attracting clients and showing up in your unique artistry and expression as coach
  5. Mastery
    blends, anchors and refines coaching skills and self-awareness

Together, these courses provide a solid foundation for the full spectrum of professional coaching markets that includes corporate coaching, small business coaching, career coaching and spiritual coaching, among others.

Typically the program is completed in 16 to 18 months and includes a combination of on-site classroom participation; tele-course participation and fieldwork application.  The program includes your independent hiring of an ICF credentialed coach (PCC or MCC level) of your choice for a minimum of three months.  Your individual schedule will be determined with the help of our Registrar with your individual requirements considered.  Your investment for Certified Professional Coach training is $8,499 due with your registration. . (Tuition does not include the fee of your personal PCC or MCC coach.)

Each course is experiential and transformative, incorporates accelerated adult learning and is based on the 7 Guiding Principles of effective coaching:
