Power – Your Expansion

Prerequisites:  Accepted Registration into CPC program; Living Your Vision® ; Essentials; Book Report #1; Client Log

This 3 day in-person course deepens and refines your coaching skills, focusing on the transformative aspects of the coaching paradigm.

You will:

  • Deepen your aptitude with ICF Core Coaching Competencies
  • Develop your understanding of the transformative coaching paradigm – coaching values, beliefs and accessing client wisdom.
  • Practice the Transformative Model of Inside-Out coaching and receive valuable mentoring.
  • Integrate new tools and structures to support client learning, accountability and effective follow-through.

Both Essentials and Living Your Vision® (including the 10-week tele-courses) must be completed before entering Power.
