This highly interactive coaching skills course is for professional coaches who seek competence in coaching groups and teams inside organizational systems. Participants explore and expand essential skills for navigating group development processes, group dynamics and the group ‘field’ so that group members raise quality and speed of performance.
Groups, of which teams are a subset type, demonstrate a developmental process, a unique dynamic and a co-creative field that enrich and provide a platform for achieving extraordinary effectiveness. Required participant field work and a tele-course follow up structures encourage immediate skill application. Participants create a personalized coach development planning tool and learn processes for sustaining dynamic development. Rapid skill development is enhanced by the participatory nature of the course including personalized mentoring.
