I read this story on Scott Eblin's blog this week about the 33 Chilean miners caught in a mining collapse. They were presumed dead for 17 days, and it will take 2-4 months before they are dug out. Can you imagine?

Imagine if organizations learned and adopted these traits, that wholeness was a part of everyday life, personally and professionally? ”
What's inspiring about this story is how these men have rallied to survive and thrive during this ordeal. This is a story of collective courage, resilience, adaptability, trust and leadership. It is a beautiful story about human and organizational wholeness during a time of life threatening circumstances. Imagine if organizations learned and adopted these traits, that wholeness was a part of everyday life, personally and professionally? My heart goes out to these men, their families and the support teams that are working diligently to rescue them. I appreciate the lessons they are sharing with the world.
