As leaders in the coaching profession (originally known as Academy for Coach Training) we’ve been training professional coaches for more than a decade with our ICF accredited Certified Professional Coach training program.  inviteCHANGE now offers additional courses and programs for continuing coaching education, as well as a host of programs for personal growth and development.  Organizations also now have resources with inviteCHANGE programs and coaching services to meet the challenges of today with the effective communication and relationship qualities of a coach-centered culture.

inviteCHANGE coach training programs are facilitated by delivery teams of experienced professional coaches and facilitators in a co-creative environment that honors individual learning styles and provides hands-on experience to accelerate integrated learning for adults.

Certified Professional Coach (CPC)

This training program is fully accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF.)  Meeting graduation requirements fully prepares and qualifies participants to apply for their first ICF credential Associate Certified Coach (ACC.) Graduates of the CPC program demonstrate a high level of skill in the ICF Core Coaching Competencies, earning the designation of Certified Professional Coach.  Meeting graduation requirements, including hands-on “field work” applying skills learned in the courses, establishes an individual client base creating confidence as well as competence.

Internal Certified Coach Professional (ICCP)

This program is designed for organizations who wish benefit from the effectiveness of coach centered culture within their groups. The program curriculum is comprised of skills training and personal development in three core courses that build on one another.  An additional three elective courses offer further coach development toward ICF credentialing and/or deeper personal development relevant to the organizational environment.

Minimum class size is six participants and scheduling is arranged on a per-contract basis.

Continuing Coaching Education (ICF-CCE)

For coaches and individuals who wish to create more value for their clients and for them, we offer advanced coach training courses and personal development courses.  Many of these are approved by the ICF for continuing education credits meeting requirements for renewal and higher levels of coach credentialing.
