As leaders in the coaching profession we’ve been training professional coaches for more than a decade. We offer three choices for ICF accredited training that leads to a certificate from inviteCHANGE and preparation for earning an ICF credential.

  1. Certified Professional Coach — An outstanding foundation in the ICF core competencies and how to apply the coaching approach to create conscious change. Be well prepared for an exciting career as an ICF credentialed, professional coach.
  2. Portfolio Credential FASTRACK Program — Experienced coaches, be well prepared for earning your ICF credential and strengthen your ICF core coaching competency and artistry as a professional coach.
  3. Internal Certified Coach Professional — An outstanding foundation in the ICF core competencies and methods and tools to implement coaching programs and processes inside of organizations.

Programs are delivered in two formats, online and onsite.

  1. Online is delivered through state of the art technology that combines video, audio and web-based document sharing creating an intimate, virtual course room from the comfort of your home or office. Participants attend two weekly, 2-hour sessions.  Course size is limited to 9 participants to ensure effective interaction, coaching practice and instructor mentoring.
  2. Onsite is delivered in the Seattle Area monthly and in other locations on demand.  Courses are facilitated by professional coaches in a co-creative environment that honors individual learning styles and provides hands-on experience to accelerate integrated learning for adults. Course size is limited to 18 participants to ensure effective interaction, coaching practice and instructor mentoring.
