As leaders in the coaching profession we’ve been training professional coaches since 1997 as an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program and Continuing Coaching Education provider.
We pioneered experiential adult learning processes in the field of professional coaching. The inviteCHANGE-learning environment welcomes participants to celebrate personal experience and wisdom as a foundation for learning the competencies of transformative coaching. Every module of our courses and programs invites co-creation and partnership with Faculty who are all holders of ICF Credentials and practitioners of professional coaching.
Participants also enjoy flexibility and innovation in our delivery options, including web-based course rooms with audio and video capabilities. Experience the power of tailored, intimate learning in groups that we promise will never exceed more than nine participants per instructor.
We offer three choices for ICF accredited training that leads to a certificate from inviteCHANGE and preparation for earning an ICF credential.
Certified Professional Coach — Confidence, professionalism and credibility: this highly tailored coach education program delivers all of these results. Certified Professional Coach AUS — In collaboration with our affiliate partner, Antioch University Seattle, a joint certificate program is available. In addition to all the courses in the Certified Professional Coach program describe above, the joint certificate program offers participants an opportunity to learn and apply the principles of professional coaching toward a social justice focus in a local community, supporting an otherwise underserved population that will benefit from receiving professional coaching. Adding the context of social justice as the domain for applying the art, science and practice of professional coaching prepares participants to sustain engagement with these populations after program completion. An Independent Applied Learning experience is planned and completed over a four to six month period with the support of a dedicated faculty member functioning in an advisory capacity every step of the way. Depending on the project design, the experience may also satisfy some of the Coaching Mastery requirements (for a personal project) and strengthen competence in serving community through professional coaching. The tuition for this joint certificate program is $12,000. Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Antioch University Seattle and inviteCHANGE. To obtain admissions and registration information, please contact the inviteCHANGE Participant Services & Enrollment Manager at 1-877-228-2622, Ext. 102.
