Coaching Mastery

Details: 24 contact learning hours provided in 16 sessions via our web-based course room hosted weekly for 90 minutes. With submission of a Client Coaching Hours Log that documents a minimum of 100 hours with 8 clients, participants will complete both a written exam and an oral demonstration exam administered by inviteCHANGE that satisfies ICF Credential requirements

Express your artistry and professional competence

Prerequisites: Be a transformative coach, available to activate your artistry, inspired to integrate your previous learning and ready to invite change consciously for clients. Participants must complete all previous program courses and reading assignments and submit a Client Coaching Hours Log that documents a minimum of 50 hours with at least 5 clients.

inviteCHANGE Coaching Mastery is a community of practice that will support you to identify and embody your unique signature as a coach.  This course will strengthen your core coaching competency demonstration; offer personalized mentor coaching from our certified mentor coach faculty and allow you to engage in peer learning labs weekly.  Once you reach a minimum of 100 hours coaching clients, you will then prepare and complete your final written and oral examinations necessary to earn certification.
