"What are the joys and assets coaches bring to their interactions especially those in a mentoring relationship? Communication based on respect, positive regard and compassion. What we bring as seasoned coaches and Certified Mentor Coaches is a collaborative versus hierarchal relationship. The result is more openness to feedback, faster learning that is sustained, and increased ownership and commitment to co-creative change."
