I've seen the 2000 version, it essentially butchers the original and doesn't nearly convey the emotions as this one does.
among other things, it paints a picture of Judas that is not "he is teh evil doodz FOR SRS"Theological questions = win
At first he seems like a goofy pimp, and when you look closer all his gal's are guys wearing makeup. Overall, not a bad movie, but definitely trippy.
