arpeggios are pretty much like a kind of scale-ish thing, but not across the fret board, the arpeggio's sound so much better and are all over the fret board look at kelly valleau fur ludwig and u should be able to find the arpeggios in there really easy
Yea, that thing Kelly does across the fret board is an arpeggio. Arpeggios are simply the notes of a chord plucked separately instead of strummed. You can arpeggiate any chord, even a chord that is impossible to finger; which is what Kelly does in Fur Ludwig. Thats why it sounds so awesome!
