I think she said that for the women who are able to breastfeed. Unfortunately some women aren't capable of producing milk. So her saying that puts those women at ease.
You might be right, however it is the wrong message for mothers who do not breastfeed when they CAN. That is depriving baby of the most important and precious food of baby's life. She should be clear with the message and maybe add something further for those who physically can not. Other than that, this is a really great video.
