How to Register for Living Your Vision®

NOTE: Participants of the inviteCHANGE Certified Professional Coach training program are registered for LYV as part of their CPC registration

For non CPC participants:

  1. Review and sign the Admission Policies & Procedures
  2. Complete the Living Your Vision® Participant Application Form
  3. Complete the Living Your Vision® Registration Form
  4. Submit completed forms and full tuition payment

As soon as you are registered, you will receive a confirmation and additional details about the course.  Signatures are required on all forms; acceptable methods of submitting signed forms are: in person or via postal mail or fax.

Living Your Vision® Licensing Program

Living Your Vision® Licensing Program Prospective Participant Application Review and Process

Acceptance into the Living Your Vision® Licensing Program includes the following steps:

  1. Your initial application forms submitted and accepted
  2. Submit a recent color photograph (a passport size photo can be used)
  3. Submit tuition payment in full
  4. Once we review and accept your application you will receive confirmation and additional details about the course(s).
