According to inviteCHANGE leader Janet Harvey, successful business depends upon creating and developing these rich connections.

At the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America-Washington Chapter (PDCA-WSC) Annual Convention, Janet Harvey will present a 90-minute seminar that will provide tips for creating and sustaining relationships to sustain a profitable business. The seminar will be held on Saturday, October 18 at 2:45 PM.

This empowering seminar will focus on effective actions that participants can do daily to improve their presence and trust with prospective and current customers as well as key vendors. The seminar will also focus on how authentic relationships generate positive communication, ultimately strengthening our lives and businesses.  
 
PDCA, Painting and Decorating Contractors of America, is the voice of the Professional Painting Contractor and the only association that represents the Painting Industry. Hosted by the Washington State and Oregon councils, the annual PDCA-WSC Convention offers unique networking, education, and training opportunities to licensed, bonded contractors.
