Cindy Sangray Jones

Cindy Sangray JonesCindy Sangray Jones earned her Certified Professional Coach designation and also became a Living Your Vision® licensed facilitator in 2008. She received her ICF ACC credential in July and is working to receive her PCC credential by June 2009.

Cindy is a passionate life integration and leadership coach drawing clients from the vast pool of women who are the new generation of high achieving women. Cindy’s awareness concerning her clientele was heightened at the recent ICF Conference in Montreal during a session titled “The New Generation of High Achieving Women:
Coaching the Restless Spirit of Driven Women”. Her passion and purpose weave a golden thread in the lives of women who want more – more of a challenge, more of life, higher pay, more energy and balance; as well as women who are reclaiming themselves after an internal values conflict creating stress in their position with their company or business and women who are in career transition.  Her clients reflect her passion of living life from the inside-out!

Cindy passionately facilities the Living Your Vision® process with individuals, couples and groups quarterly and is scheduled to facilitate a Discover Your Vision® process through the Community Education Program at the University of Montana beginning February 2009.  She has been invited to present leadership coaching with the Helena Chamber of Commerce – Leadership Helena class in January 2009.

“Coaching through inviteCHANGE has opened my mind, heart and soul to choice, what’s possible and how to live life from the inside-out” says Cindy.  “My connected partnerships have taken on deeper meaning and significance because of my ‘transformed way of being in the world.’”

Cindy resides at the base of the beautiful Elkhorn Mountains near Clancy, Montana, with her husband of almost 30 years, Walt.  In addition to coaching, she has been invited to co-create a Montana, Idaho, and Eastern Washington Chapter of ICF.

What do I love about coaching:  Witnessing my clients’ discovery, clarity, alignment and choices to move forward in a way that best supports them from the inside-out.  The connected co-created transformative process of coaching never ceases to amaze me!  I also appreciate my connected community of coaches that continually inspire me, believe in me, and create the space for my learning and growth!

What have I learned from my clients:  I continue to learn pace and joy.  Being a drummer, I am constantly reminded of pace and it is reflected in my client’s way of being as well.  I tend to want to rush and forge ahead and I am learning through my clients’ presence to be present in the moment and en “joy” the journey!  And, the journey is so rich!

How do I tend to my business:  I show up as coach everywhere I am with my core values, vision and purpose statement permeating my being.  I am a member of our local Chamber of Commerce and  a member of Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) a local network of women in small business and corporations.  I attend every networking event possible within the scope of my niche and, as a result, have been discovered by my preferred clients through these two organizations.

Where do I intend my coaching business to be five years from now:  It is important to me that I continue pursuing my MCC involving coaching consistently to attain this credential within five years.  I am passionate about coaching women in career transition and life integration. ICF credentialing is a priority for me and I intend to be a voice to potential clients and coaches who are not yet credentialed as to the importance of credentialing.

What tips do I have for new coaches:  BE…DO….HAVE…. whatever it takes to attend the ICF Conference.  The conference heightened my awareness around who I really enjoy coaching; connecting with coaches and vendors from around the world creating life-long partnerships; creating within myself a new-found confidence in who I am as coach; and a global awareness of how coaching impacts our world.  And, I absolutely enjoyed my time with everyone from inviteCHANGE!  Attend as many meetings of your local ICF chapter and be involved in your profession. Honor yourself in all your choices including your financial picture.  Continue living your vision from the inside-out regardless of circumstances and situations.  I stay in my connected coaching relationship with my inviteCHANGE PCC coach so that I am in integrity around my coaching practice as well as living my vision from the inside-out.
