- Completion of Level 1 earned by demonstration assessment at the ICF-ACC level also satisfies the prerequisite to enroll in Level 2.
The Journey to Be a Certified Coach
This program curriculum imparts a coaching mindset and builds skill competence for you to demonstrate professional coaching based upon development in the 8 Core Competencies defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
During Level 1, you are introduced to our trademark Generative Coaching principles, models and tools. Through practice, experimentation, feedback and developmental mentor coaching, you learn to witness and evoke generative moments occur for your clients. Peer coaching both in triads and pairs, outside of class, provides risk-free practice.
Within a highly collegial and collaborative environment, you gain both skills and confidence to facilitate and navigate any type of coaching session, and a coaching relationship over time which includes best practices to establish and maintain relationships whether engaged as an external coach for the public and enterprises, or applying coaching internally with an enterprise as a leader and/or internal coach practitioner.

- People who are new to coaching, or practicing and who do not yet hold an ICF credential.
- Those seeking to learn and develop an effective foundation of skill, knowledge, and effective partnering practices for your clients to be successful with you.

The BGPC Learning Experience
Level 1 curriculum offers a highly collegial and collaborative environment through which participants gain both skills and confidence to facilitate and navigate any type of coaching session, and a coaching relationship over time. The learning includes best practices to establish and maintain relationships whether engaged as an external coach for the public and enterprises or applying coaching internally with an enterprise as a leader and/or internal coach practitioner. When you reach completion of the program, you are confidently competent assisting your clients to achieve sustainable change, and once the minimum client coaching hours experience is achieved, participants are prepared for ICF ACC credential demonstration and knowledge assessment to earn that credential award.
Program Details
60 TOTAL CONTACT LEARNING HOURS
Includes 10 Hours of Mentor Coaching to satisfy ICF requirement for ACC credential.
$6,700* full payment OR **$100 deposit plus $1100 per month for 6 months.
PAYMENT TERMS
*Full Payment due prior to program start date.
**Payment plans begin on the 1st business day of the month in which your enrolled program begins.
- Completion Certificates are issued only when full tuition amount is paid.
- There is no penalty for early payment of tuition in advance.
