Develop ICF-MCC Level Artful Mastery

Embodying the mindset and behaviors of an ICF Master Certified Coach is another journey of unlearning to relearn who you are being with clients when awareness, insight and choice emerges that utterly transforms your client’s life experience.
Designed and delivered by ICF MCC leaders and Certified Mentor Coaches, this program offers 65 hours of coach-specific training and the necessary 10 hours of mentor coaching for your MCC Credential application. Experiential activities in weekly learning sessions are supplemented with self-assessment and self-reflection methods and tools further explored through peer coaching triad fieldwork.

The ACCP Curriculum
This program expands your coaching mindset and builds generative skills and behaviors for you to transform your client coaching partnering. The curriculum aligns fully with the 8 Core Competencies defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition, you will directly experience and learn to incorporate our trademark Generative Coaching principles, models and techniques. These are offered as a unique way for you to apply the core competencies with clients who are seeking conscious choice and sustained change in their lives.
Through practice, experimentation, feedback and developmental mentor coaching you learn to witness generative moments occur for your clients. Within a highly collegial and collaborative environment, you learn to facilitate and navigate any type of coaching session, and a coaching relationship over time. When you reach completion of the program, you are confidently competent assisting your clients to achieve sustainable change.
Learning Outcomes
- Learn and apply self-assessment processes with client sessions so that awareness and confidence of artful demonstration occurs for the ICF Core Competencies at the ICF MCC level.
- Advance client agreement skills so that deeper partnership with full client leadership is consistently achieved in every client session.
- Explore and practice application for the inviteCHANGE, Generative Coaching principles, models and techniques to support sustained behavior change clients desire.
- Synthesize skills, styles and strengths into your unique artistry and style as coach while expanding capacity for evocative directness, systemic orientation, and creating behavior-based coaching plans.
- Practice with peers for integration of expanded skill and behavior competence as well as exploration of ethical conduct standards that distinguish an ICF certified coach in the global market.
- Build confidence in your competence by completing a written examination of your integrated knowledge about the ICF Core Competencies and Generative Coaching principles, models and techniques
- Identify and access your next horizon of skill expansion through incorporating first-hand observation of your coaching by Certified Mentor Coaches in both a group and individual format.
