Laurence Hillman, PhD

Born and raised in Zürich, Switzerland, Dr. Hillman became immersed in archetypes at the age of sixteen and this has remained his passion for over forty years. As a professional archetypal coach, he specializes in helping his clients understand their deeper purpose and their life's calling - especially in these challenging times. In his role as a consultant he helps leaders and organizations understand their archetypal patterns and advises on high-level decision making in organizations. His tools for mapping archetypes includes archetypal astrology for which he is one of the leading voices worldwide.

Dr. Hillman is the co-creator of Archetypes at WorkTM, a new cutting-edge method to assess and develop people and organizations to become fit for the future. He has lectured internationally and conducted workshops at the Globe Theatre in London where he blended Shakespeare and Astrology. At the Cycles & Symbols Conference in California, he lectured on Venus in America (co-presented with his father James Hillman). He has also taught at Jean Houston's Mystery School, at Pacifica Graduate Institute, in Findhorn, and he has been a repeated guest lecturer at Washington University in St. Louis. He has taught small study groups and private students across the US.

He is the author of Planets in Play - How to Reimagine Your Life Through the Language of Astrology the co-author of Alignments - How to Live in Harmony with the Universe and also the co-author of Archetypes at Work - Evolving your Story, One Character at a Time.

Dr. Hillman holds a PhD in psychology with a focus on Transformative Leadership, an MBA, an MCM (Masters in Construction Management), as well as a degree in Architecture.

Michael Boyle

Michael Boyle is a Founding Partner at Olivier Mythodrama with over 20 year’s experience of bringing archetypes, poetry, theatre and myth to leadership teams and business schools across the world.

He is Director of Coaching and Coaching Training and Senior Programme Leader for Archetypes at Work™, drawing on extensive experience of transformational process, including Gestalt, shadow work and systemic constellations. Michael is a founding member of the Archetypes at Work™ Guild of Practitioners and is certified to debrief Archetypal Preference Reports.

He is the Founder of Abandofbrothers, a UK charity providing rites of passage experiences and local mentors for disaffected youth.

He has studied at The Institute of Group Analysis and has an MA in psychotherapy from Regents College, London.

His work today is at the leading edge of bringing depth psychology to the evolution of professional excellence and authentic leadership.

Pavanne Chatha

Pavanne is an Executive Coach and Facilitator working with teams and individuals internationally. She supports clients in senior leadership positions to focus on developing their behaviour to become more successful and effective leaders.

Pavanne is a member of the core team that developed the Archetypes at Work™ Trainings at Olivier Mythodrama. She is a Senior Program Leader and Team Manager for the Archetypes at Work™ team. Pavanne is a founding member of the Archetypes at Work™ Guild of Practitioners and is certified to debrief Archetypal Preference Reports.

She teaches the Archetypes at Work™ Online Immersion Training, Coaching Training and the Facilitation Training on the Guild Practitioner Program. She is also the Community Support for Trainings.

As a Coach Pavanne works with a Whole Systems approach. "We stand in many systems and are often impacted by hidden dynamics." Pavanne brings awareness to these dynamics using her experience with Archetypal Psychology, Embodiment work and extensive training in Organisational and Personal Systemic Constellations. "As a coach it is deeply rewarding to see the spontaneous transformation in another. It is a gift to see someone harness their strengths and ignite new potential as a Leader.

Pavanne held a previous career in Investment Banking where she worked in the Fixed Income and Equity Research Division of Deutsche Bank in London. Pavanne graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Management Science.
