Pam specializes in Leadership and team coaching and development. Utilizing the brain science behind behavior to improve leadership and team performance, develop new skills and increase collaboration. Helping executives understand and maximize their core strengths, operate from a platform of exceptional self-awareness, harnessing emotional intelligence skills that take them, their teams and their organizations to new levels of success.  

Experience

Pam has worked in a variety of industries including aviation, healthcare, retail, banking, IT and engineering in the US and Europe.  She specializes in helping individuals at executive and Senior Management levels gain new skills and understanding to lead their organizations to new levels of productivity and effectiveness. Pam helps executives shift from transactional to transformational leadership by identifying and addressing the barriers that limit optimal productivity and effectiveness.

Education/Credentials

Pam holds a Business Administration degree in Psychology from Leicester University, UK and a Post Graduate Diploma in Training Management from Luton University, UK.

Pam is an International Coach Federation, Associate Certified Coach with extensive experience unlocking the automatic, conditioned ways of thinking, behaving and decision-making that limits effectiveness.  Coaching competency is supplemented with certifications in Myers Briggs Personality Type Assessments, Emotional Intelligence assessments, Neuroleadership, Cycles of Change and as a Master Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

  • Airline Managing Director coached in preparation for pro-motion. Coaching focused on relationship building, improving communication and new influencing skills. Client identified as next in line for promotion to VP by the end of the six- month coaching engagement.
  • Private Bank VP coached for improving team performance including influencing and collaboration skills. Yearly targets were met six months ahead of schedule.
  • Conducted a needs assessment for an IT Division at a Fortune 50 company to identify areas for improved collaboration and communication.  Assessment was followed by one-on-one coaching for key Directors during a major organizational change initiative.
