Change is Coming to Our YouTube Channel

Did you know that over 5000 people each month spend more than 700 hours watching videos on inviteCHANGE’s YouTube channel? We hope that you are one of those people, or that you just realized that you’re missing out and getting ready to click play as soon as you finish reading this newsletter.

But wait - there are some important changes coming to our YouTube presence and you’ll want to know what’s the best next step for you.

First, why does inviteCHANGE have a YouTube channel? YouTube is the second most popular search engine, and 1500 people per month find answers to their questions on our YouTube channel. As experts in coaching and coach training, we see YouTube as a megaphone to spread our message and help people worldwide - for free!

And it also provides two additional key elements outside of this service to the community.

Heraclitus said, “The only constant in life is change.” And nowhere is that more true than social media. Success on YouTube comes from understanding the Algorithm running YouTube. Every social media and search engine has an Algorithm. And it decides which piece of data (or photo, video, Facebook post, etc.) is perfect for you right now. As content creators, we need to understand the Algorithm, and follow it when it changes.

The YouTube algorithm recently changed to become even more viewer-focused. Successful channels have a single target audience (best if it’s one person that you give a name and describe in detail) and everything created is geared towards that person and making them want to watch more.

But inviteCHANGE has two ideal clients: coaches looking to advance their education, and professionals and teams looking to improve their performance.

So we are responding to the market and splitting our YouTube channel into two:

So what’s your next step as you finish up this article?

If you’re a coach, be sure to subscribe to our existing YouTube channel, where we’ll continue providing videos focused on helping you advance as a coach.

If you’re a business professional, subscribe to our next channel when it goes live on November 19th.

Each channel will focus on content that is specific to the audience of that channel. Professionals don’t need to watch videos about the ICF Core Competencies, and coaches don’t need to watch videos about reducing employee turnover.

I make creating authentic and professional videos EASY and FUN! Video is perfect for Client Testimonials, YouTube videos and Video Headshots. Work with me and everything is done virtually through your webcam. No scary equipment or video studios - everything is done from the comfort of your home or office.

𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 and build that know, like and trust factor that is essential to a successful coaching practice. Using online video is a great time and money saver when trying to attract clients to a "personality-based" business. When someone is planning to hire a business or life coach, they not only want to know they are experienced and helpful, they want to know if this is a person they want to spend time with and who they can trust.

By including an introduction video or a series of question and answer videos, potential clients can get to know you before their first consultation - saving your valuable time. Plus, as video becomes more expected, coaches with online videos will attract more clients.

I think of it like going to an online dating site. Most people want to see a photo before they will interact with someone. For coaches, video is your best selling tool.

I specialize in helping you create the three videos every coach needs:
🔶 Video testimonials of your clients sharing your previous success
🔶 Video headshots where you tell potential clients why you care about coaching, so they can connect at a deeper level.
🔶 Authority building or YouTube videos. YouTube is the world's largest stage - 30 million viewers per day. If you are speaking or writing books, you need to be on YouTube too. Let me help you.

Video can be expensive and time-consuming if you hire a local videographer, or disappointing and time-consuming if you try to DIY. As a virtual videographer, I capture your video from your home or office using Skype. I provide direction, coaching, editing and optimization so that you can have professional and authentic video, with less time and expense.
