Stepping into 2020 with a Fresh Message

Like any business, inviteCHANGE experiences rapid change every day. It’s the first quarter and that means it’s time to rise to the challenge and opportunity for the year and decade to come.

As leaders in our industry, we embrace change and continue to evolve to meet the aspirations and demands of our customers, alumni and partners. With 2020 as the start of a new decade, this is the perfect time to revisit our vision. One important change is that we choose to create a more declarative presence and produce greater synergy by refining our brand tagline.

Our company name is a clear and compelling action, ‘invite change’. We are choosing to create those same qualities with the tagline. Customers told us that “Be the Cause” made assumptions that knowing how to be the cause was common among leaders. Our refined tagline provides more clarity, directness and simplicity about how each of us transforms our approach to change.

Janet Harvey, MCC, CEO & President of inviteCHANGE believes in reciprocity and says; “we don’t do things for self-interest, we do things because we uplift each other. We’re always better together. That provides a sense of both the freedom and the privilege to cause something to happen and to be inspired by something. Our actions that are always chosen in the context of ‘how will that impact, how will that influence, how will that bring something that pays it forward’ that generates an exchange of prosperity by our being and by our choices and by our contribution to what we’re causing.”

Our core purpose is to live and play with purpose. We want our brand to reflect how we fulfill this purpose by catalyzing people to:

We trust that our alumni (new and past), partners, staff and customers will be as thrilled with this change as we are and that together, we choose to embody generative wholeness and cause response-agility by living our values of synergy, curiosity, spirit, vitality, transformation and bliss.
