Karen specializes in helping leaders at all levels navigate through the complexity of change with authenticity, choice and alignment. She brings an integrated approach to coaching and leadership learning that is grounded in research, applied behavior science, and life experience helping to create connected, collaborative communities for personal and organizational change.

EXPERIENCE

Previous to becoming an ICF Certified Professional Coach Karen worked for large technology organizations running sales and strategic relations. For the past 12 years Karen has focused on helping leaders and teams uncover what makes them exceptional and leveraging their strengths to lead with a sense of purpose, authenticity, openness, and trust that creates sustainable growth and impact. Karen knows the power of creating coaching cultures in organizations and infuses the principles in her practice.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS

Karen’s educational background is anchored in Business Administration and Industrial Psychology. She is a graduate from CTI and completed an intensive Co-Active Leadership program through CTI in 2009. She currently holds a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation, is a ProSci Change Management Certified Practitioner, inviteChange Certified Mentor coach, CRR Global’s Organization, Relationship, Systems Coaching and inviteChange’s Team and Group Coaching, Inspired Leadership through Emotional Intelligence (through Case Western Reserve College.), Certified in Strength Deployment Inventory and StrengthFinders practitioner. Bottom line- Karen loves learning!

SUCCESS STORIES

  • Business Development/Sales Executive: Provided coaching to increase sales performance and to adopt a sales coaching culture within the organization. Successfully Increased client attainment and retention and sales revenue within the first 6 months.
  • Professional Services/Technology Organization: Recently purchased by Private Equity firm bringing 3 organizations together. Worked with the senior manager teams and high potentials to expand their capabilities and accelerate their ability to work as “one team” as they navigated through the transition.
  • Succession & Partner Coaching: Worked with the founder of a professional services organization to transition their role to a new CEO. Through partner coaching they were able to establish trust and agreements for a successful transition.
