About Dora
Dora is the Founder of, PEMI introducing different ICF approved coaching trainings into China since 2005 - i.e. ACSTH, CCE programs, successfully developed the first batch of Chinese credential coaches in 2011.
Dora's passion is develop professional certified coach or ICF credential coach and coach trainer. In 2009 with approval of ICF, set up Shanghai Chapter, a non profit platform for coaches interact, share and learn from each other. The Chapter offers chance for networking and commercial organizations finding reliable, trustable, credentialed and certified coaches. She believes coaching
is a process of self development, self discovery, evolution and growth.
