About Neil

Neil Scotton was nominated External Coaching/Mentoring Person of the Year 2019. He is a recipient of the International Coach Federation’s Global President’s Award for his contribution to the global profession. Neil is all about One-ness. As co-Founder of The One Leadership Project, he enables teams and organisations (Teams of Teams) to be ‘as One’ together, as part of one world, one humanity, and one future. And at the same time enabling the people to be ‘at One’ with themselves. Recognizing the ‘It’s the conversations we can’t have that will sink us’, he brings tools, principles and approaches that create safe spaces for the conversations that matter.
