About Doug Nathan, PCC
For over 20 years leadership and team-building challenges have fascinated me. As the Head of Learning and Development for King County Metro, I support leaders at all levels of the organization to face their challenges, gain insight and move into the future with confidence. Four years ago, I launched and managed the King County Coaching Program, training employees to become ICF-certified coaches for King County's 14,000 employees. I have an MA in Organization Systems Renewal and bring systems thinking to enhance team dynamics and support healthy work environments. I am a certified Results Coach with the NeuroLeadership Institute, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. As the owner of Doug Nathan Consulting, I provide leadership coaching and team building services for corporate, non-profit and government agencies. In my free time, I scuba dive, kayak and enjoy the wonderful chaos of life with my family on an island in the Seattle, WA area.
