Josie was the first female Long Range Financial Analyst with Chrysler Australia as she moved in the workplace. She began her coaching practice in 1999, just as coaching was emerging as a profession in Australia, and was on the inaugural ICFA board. Recognised for her qualities as a coach and contribution to the fledgling industry with the global ICF President’s Award in 2009, she gradually moved away from coaching as we knew it, to explore systemic approaches. She is passionate about sustainability and the ecological emergency and is a co-founder of the Climate Coaching Alliance. Her practice includes executive coaching, team coaching, adaptive leadership development and organisational cultural evolution.
