Morel is CEO of Gaiasoft International, a leading consultancy and digital platform provider with diverse project experience in areas such as resilience, climate and environment, public investment, youth employment and demographic dividend. Gaiasoft’s digital tools and processes are used to manage and report on many thousands of projects valued at billions of dollars. Client experience includes working with World Bank, UN Agencies, National Governments and Global Corporations. Current projects with World Bank and governments are demonstrating the remarkable and measurable impact of combining innovative “monitoring and evaluation” with coaching mindset and a unique technology platform. Gaiasoft’s current focus is to assist partner countries to prepare for and implement green recovery from COVID-19.
As President of the International Coach Federation Foundation (ICFF), Morel is committed to “the greatest possible contribution of coaching to humanity and the planet” and to extending the role of coaching in the $140 billion Official Development Assistance industry, to accelerate and amplify achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
