Having led national teams of learning specialists, coaches, business analysts and customer service agents Kathryn, is a Certified Human Resources Leader. Specializing in talent management with deep experience in coaching, strategic resourcing, learning and development, employee engagement, and change management, She is now the Director of Coaching Initiatives and Partnerships for EthicalCoach.
For the past two years, EthicalCoach has worked with NGOs within Ethiopia. Kathryn is now leading pro-bono leadership coaching engagements globally, to organizations such as The Hunger Project and WILD Network.
