EXPERIENCE
Over 11 years of coaching, mentoring and supervision experience, working with leaders and families in change processes. Teresa assists individuals that are experiencing cultural change, either in a change of country, work, profession, job, marital status, professiona responsibilities, and others. Also attends and teaches skills in executive functions such as time management, organization, stress management among others, as well as Non-Verbal communication and cross-cultural moves. Teresa is a MCC Coach and Mentor coach accredited by ICF. She works also as a Coach Supervisor accredited by EMCC.
