Whether you’re already serving teams, or new to this application of coaching, this experiential and live simulation program design builds on your one-to-one competence and prepares you to deliver improvements in productivity and accountability.
Discover how to address the common tension between individual and collective contribution that generates a lot of undesirable behavior, negatively impacting organizational outcomes.
Learn how to contract, set up measures and engage with the system that every team operates within to achieve desired accountability, synergy, and ownership for outcomes.

Gain awareness for measuring progress and sustaining quality and ethical practice in any ‘one-to-many’ relationship context.
Experience a safe environment for self-reflection and sharing about challenges as a team coaching professional so that through the sharing, insight and learning emerges that reveals new choices for contracting and engagement.
FLEXIBLE DELIVERY FOR 70 TOTAL LEARNING HOURS: 10 MONTHS
Part 1 Foundations of Generative Team Coaching
10 Weekly Sessions with Live Simulation Activity
16 hours of asynchronous learning delivered through a set of reading, writing, and reflective journaling assignments submitted, reviewed, and approved for verification of learning
3 hours of individual mentor coaching
Part 2 System Level Influence on Teams
7 Bi-Weekly Sessions
4 hours of asynchronous learning delivered through a set of reading, writing, and reflective journaling assignments submitted, reviewed, and approved for verification of learning
3 hours of individual mentor coaching
Initiate and complete at least 6 hours of contracted, team coaching delivery
Part 3, required to apply for the ICF AATC award) that delivers via six, 90-minute group sessions plus an orientation teaming session for one hour at the start for a total of 10 hours.
Candidates demonstrate a minimum of 300 hours of client experience plus evidence of ICF accredited coach specific education and certification.
GENERATIVE TEAM COACHING CERTIFICATION PART 1
40 Contact Learning Hours – $4,200
Pay in full or $100 deposit plus $1,367 per month for 3 months
GENERATIVE TEAM COACHING CERTIFICATION PART 2
20 Contact Learning Hours – $2,100
Pay in full or $100 deposit plus $500 per month for 4 months
GENERATIVE TEAM COACHING CERTIFICATION PART 3 (OPTIONAL)
10 Team Coaching Supervision Hours – $2,250
Pay in full or $100 deposit plus $717 per month for 3 months

Part 2: August 8 - October 31, every other Thursday from 10:30am-12:30pm EST
