WHO THIS PROGRAM SERVES:
Internal personnel seeking to embody a coaching mindset and skill set as a leader, manager and/or internal coach practitioner for the enterprise workforce.
The diagrams offer a suggested program flow, and we tailor the flow to match cultural norms and enterprise learning style preferences. Full participation in scheduled course work is essential to gain confidence to initiate and sustain fieldwork practice with peers first, and then with internal personnel who program participants will coach during the program and beyond. The program provides live course room instruction (onsite or video delivery) and self-study elements along with a variety of fieldwork activities to ensure each person has sufficient time for practice, self-reflect and then receive and integrate development feedback over the duration of the program.
