Whether you’re already serving teams, or new to this application of coaching, this experiential and live simulation program design builds on your one-to-one competence and prepares you to deliver improvements in productivity and accountability.
Discover how to address the common tension between individual and collective contribution that generates a lot of undesirable behavior, negatively impacting organizational outcomes.
Learn how to contract, set up measures and engage with the system that every team operates within to achieve desired accountability, synergy, and ownership for outcomes.
WHO THIS PROGRAM SERVES:
- ICF certified coaches, with at least 300 hours of one-to-one client coaching experience who desire confident competence to engage in a one-to-many context with teams and groups of any type.
- Coach practitioners seeking continuing coaching education to renew a credential award. Prior team coaching hours experience is not required; commitment to engage with a team for at least six hours during the program amplifies the learning.

Program Details
FLEXIBLE DELIVERY FOR 10 TOTAL LEARNING HOURS: 3 MONTHS
Part 3 (required to apply for the ICF ACTC award)
Delivered via six, 2-hour team coaching supervision sessions plus an orientation teaming session for one hour at the start for a total of 10 hours.
10 TOTAL CONTACT LEARNING HOURS
Candidates demonstrate a minimum of 300 hours of client experience plus evidence of ICF accredited coach specific education and certification.
GENERATIVE TEAM COACHING CERTIFICATION PART 3 (OPTIONAL)
10 Team Coaching Supervision Hours – $2,250
Program tuition includes Washington state retail mandatory sales tax fee.
Pay in full or $100 deposit plus $717 per month for 3 months
