We are all living in an extraordinary new world. The genie is out of the bottle and it’s never going back. To co-create the future that you want to be living in now, you need to exercise and develop three muscles:

  • Managing your state and being resourceful under pressure
  • Accepting the reality of situations and getting creative about solutions
  • Starting quickly and adapting as you go

In this session, Kathryn and Alan will share a model you can use to help yourself, and others, make more conscious choices and tangible progress, every day.

Together you will explore how to choose your story, choose your response and choose your action.

In break out groups you will have the chance to practice the model and together you will explore how it can be applied in both one-to-one and team situations.
