We live in a time when old barriers are dissolving and old certainties are crumbling. Inevitable, necessary change also creates new opportunity.

The leadership of today is shaping the world for our children tomorrow. As a generation of leaders, what leadership do we bring? What does teamwork look like in this new paradigm - teamwork within and between organisations?

Examples will include World Bank projects, international corporations, governments and non-profits. Learn from distilled insights of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Foundation and ICF chapters to “ignite social progress.”

Our speaker believes passionately that the role of coaches and coaching can change the course of history – for the better. Coaches are natural partners leading into our new future.

This session offers an invitation for leaders, teams and coaches to reflect, renew and restart. Be ready to think your unthinkable and to see your world and life differently – practically and in a good way.

Spanning from personal purpose to humanity’s potential on this beautiful planet, Morel Fourman will share proven practical tools to use in-session and to use in the world, for impact at scale.
