For training and development experiences to manifest a change in outcomes, everyone must attend to their personal change process. Adult learners resist replacing comfortable habits with new approaches and methods. Coaching focused on role-relevant topics that use the new skills increases confidence, accelerates engagement with others, and delivers on the promise for leaders to model the competencies, principles, and values of leadership the culture demands.
Coach selection is facilitated through an on-demand portal of coaches that may be filtered by language and location and includes both written and video profile information. Eligible coaches have earned an ICF Credential and receive continuous coaching supervision to ensure quality and ethical conduct.
Leaders receive 5 hours of professional coaching. The experience focuses on application of learning program skills and mindset with direct reports and colleagues based upon any learning program curriculum.
