Having worked in over 20 countries, Lisa is a citizen of the world. Lisa’s ethnographic approach to project management, facilitation, and coaching enable clients to see the ‘outsider’ perspective of themselves and their industries and act upon her recommendations.

Currently, she is an independent leadership consultant for Harvard Business Publishing where she co-creates learning experiences that culminate in strategic solutions for clients, delivering real business impact through world-class leadership development programs. Some of her B2B and B2C clients include: American Express, Procter & Gamble, HCA Healthcare, and Tetra Pak.

Lisa has implemented leadership development programs globally and earned praise for several of her unique workshops where she captures a leader’s legacy or a team’s spirit via uniquely visual storytelling processes. She has 14+ years of experience coaching executives, entrepreneurs, artists, and those who wish to create more meaning by bringing their whole selves to their whole lives.

She also serves as a coach and facilitator with Archetypes at Work™. She is certified in the APR Debriefing process. In this work, she leverages a blend of industry experience, leadership development theory, archetypal psychology, performance techniques, and powerful stories, all weaved together to create impactful, insightful, and experiential learning.

Lisa earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Chicago in Anthropology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in French from Ohio University. She has showcased her photographic work extensively and received awards from the Smithsonian Magazine and the International Photo Exhibition. In addition, she served as co-curator of the Barrington Area Library Arts Advisory Board and has been an adjunct faculty member at Harper College.

She is an international mentor with the ASPIRE foundation, whose goal is to make a difference in the lives of 1 billion women. She is a certified CIRCLES facilitator, a guided video peer group that fosters deeper conversations for impactful continued professional learning and personal growth.

Lisa resides in Northville, Michigan, with her husband, Henrik.
