Once you have experienced the Online Immersion, you will learn how to introduce the Archetypes at Work™ method to individuals, small and large groups and in any human development setting.
This training will enable you to introduce the key components of the Archetypes at Work™ method to others and to facilitate their understanding of Gifts and Shadows.
Program Overview
The first session teaches the basics of working with individuals using Gifts both online and in person. The second session gives you simple and effective tools to work with teaching, mapping and assessing the shadow Archetypes in a group. The third session focuses on facilitating holding an issue using multiple Archetypal perspectives as well as gaining awareness on how our personal Archetypal patterns influence our facilitation.
Session 1: Introducing the Archetypes to individuals or groups
You will learn how to:
- Introduce Archetypes and explain what they are
- Introduce the 5 Realms and the 10 Archetypes in the Archetypes at Work™ method
- Teach the 10 Gift gestures
- Lead the Gift self-assessment (with & without cards)
- Facilitate sharing of a groups Gifts and challenges
- Rehearsals
Session 2: Working the Archetype Shadows in groups
You will learn how to:
- Get an overview of Too Much & Too Little for each Realm & Archetype
- Use the Shadows and learn how they develop
- Lead the Self-Assessment for the Shadows
- Map Shadows
- Facilitate sharing of Shadows
- Mapping Top 3 and Bottom 2 Archetypes and Shadows in person
- Unpack & process what emerges in the mapping
- Rehearsals
Session 3: Archetype informed discussions / Styles of Facilitation
You will learn how to:
- Facilitate an Archetype-informed discussion or group process
- Gain an understanding of multiple Archetypal perspectives
- Learn how to facilitate this both online and in person
- Gain awareness of how our personal Archetypal patterns influence our style of facilitation
- Participate in a group discussion with Q&A
- Rehearsals / Review of training in group setting
