Elizabeth Austin’s life story reveals her commitment to helping make the world a better place. Her career history speaks to her wide scope of interests and abilities and describes the extensive life experience and wisdom she now brings to the Dromenon Project – Dromenon: Inner Pilgrimages for Modern Times.
A quick overview starts in 1962 with her first career as an RN, with extensive clinical experience in intensive care, as well as nursing education, and faith community nursing. In 1972 she co-founded The River School, a private school for inland mariners which she owned and operated for 25 years. She advocated for America’s inland mariners and helped thousands upgrade their careers, while maintaining her nursing career. After selling her Memphis-based maritime school in 1997, she moved to Ashland, OR, where she launched her practice as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, coaching visionaries and social artists toward their highest potential.
Elizabeth finds equal delight in her work and many other interests and activities that employ her leadership, creativity and visionary insight. Friends and colleagues admire her unrelenting quest for awareness, and playful sense of humor. Since 1999, she has facilitated Ashland’s Sacred Walk to the New Year, a community labyrinth walk enjoyed by hundreds. Pre-Pandemic, she volunteered in the Oregon Shakespeare Festival’s Welcome Center, meeting visitors from around the world. Her devotion to the health, wellbeing and safety of others shows up in her work with the Ashland Community Emergency Response Team and as a volunteer mediator with the Resolve Center.
Elizabeth Austin embraces a wholistic philosophy of mind, body and spirit because she knows there is much more to a human being than a physical body.

I grew up on a homestead and the role of an innovating Renegade is a continuous thread. My principled Warrior stands for the good against the recent onslaught of cynics. I invent models by combining the new and positive understandings of brain biology and psychological development with the ancient truths of human archetypes. How did this little girl on the prairies attach to the mountains? The books let my Nurturer befriend Heidi and her grandfather in Germany, encouraged my Explorer to walk beside Sir Edmund Hillary on his ascent of Mount Everest and inspired my Dreamer’s thrill to The Sound of Music in Salzburg!
My Strategist drives my Nurturing Sovereign to teach fast and deep…we want to awaken, inspire, inform and empower. My Storyteller provides the most effective and positive method. She sprinkles metaphors, narratives, icons and paradoxes in my mentoring and my many study guides (some of which are available on my website). I use some of my Dreamer’s paintings to illustrate my handbooks and I share some of her poetry in them and on my web pages. When I teach the Enneagram personality archetypes, my Lover uses goofy hats with my husband’s funny compositions in nine musical archetypes. I lost him in 2021 after 20 years of ‘My Legendary Love.’
As a Canadian, my initial education was a BFA in acting which prepared me for a passionate career in psychology as a speaker, professional counselor, corporate trainer, writer and mentor.
Dinners and conversations, classical concerts and jazz clubs color my world in Dallas, Texas. My sport is Alaskan Sled Dog Racing but my companions are two large cats.
Seven of my downloadable study guides are on my website along with over 75 articles and pages of recommended resources.
My husband and Transformer teamed with my Storyteller and Sovereign to create and post about 100 live broadcasts on my YouTube Channel.

Jessie Rivest - Archetypal Coach & Sound Artist
With an innate attraction to the unconventional, Jessie has always stood out. She completed her undergraduate degree at York University (BMus), where she explored diverse musical realms, from a cappella to avant-garde performance. Afterward, she pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Arts Administration & Cultural Management at Humber College, gaining knowledge and experience in the art world’s business side. However, the non-profit arts sector’s limitations left her uninspired. In 2018, Jessie embarked on an 18-month nomadic pet-sitting journey, delving into Jungian psychology and sound art composition. Settling in Kelowna, she entered real estate marketing, drawn by its energy. Amid the pandemic’s challenges, Laurence Hillmans’ online course on archetypes and the polypoetic psyche transformed her perspective and highlighted her gifts in working with people to uncover their full potential.
As a A@W Guild Member and certified Leadership Coach & Consultant with Olivier Mythodrama, Jessie guides individuals, couples, and teams to remember their power. She invites her clients to align with their purpose beyond survival mode, embracing a harmonized future.
Jessie is the Founder of Yin for the Win, an organization and philosophy that utilizes the Archetypes at Work model in tandem with Sound and other multi-sensory creative healing modalities that awaken and inspire group workshops and retreats.

Jo Stone is an Executive Coach and Trainer, specializing in Creativity, Communication & Collaboration. She has 30 years’ experience in the field
of Personal and Professional Development giving a high level of insight and understanding into the motivational drivers that underpin people’s behaviour,
creativity and decision-making processes. She can solicit a level of playfulness that encourages and supports ideational thinking and also understands the
pressures of creating repeatedly, on demand and to a deadline.
Jo helps facilitate the development of new thinking pathways, conscious communication, emotional coherence, resilience and deeply authentic, creative expression; helping to enhance leadership, generate new levels of creative freedom, increase innovation and inspire healthy change and wholehearted
living generally uncommon to the workplace. Jo works with individuals, teams and organisations, to help them develop leadership capability, discern and liberate their creative purpose, unlock their potential and establish strategies to enable them to sustain creativity and wellbeing in the longer term.
“Jo was one of our spot coaches at TalkTalk. As well as fully embracing an innovative approach to coaching within the business, and really helping us drive a significant change in both the perception and application of coaching as a result, she is just, hands down, a terrific coach.
Jo was consistently the coach that our teams wanted to see more of, I think because of a rare balance between incredible empathy and an approach that really helped individuals move forward with the challenges they were experiencing quickly. Jo was also a brilliant partner to the business, providing us with insight and challenge.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending Jo as a coach and as a genuine collaborator you’d always want to be part of your wider team.”
Ruwan Fernando Group Talent and Learning Innovator TalkTalk
"Sony Pictures Entertainment has worked with Jo supporting our UK employees for a number of years now, mainly in a coaching capacity but also as a workshop facilitator. She has a caring approach that takes a holistic view of each person and is tailored to an individual's needs. We have received very positive feedback from coachees, and these are reinforced through, for example, demonstrable enhancement of self-confidence and delivery of work objectives.
Jo has worked with us to understand our industry and priorities, and is quickly able to adapt workshop content and delivery in line with changing business- and stakeholder requirements."
Anne Foster, Director of Diversity, Leadership and Organisational Development, EMEA, Sony Pictures Entertainment.
“After my first one hour session with Jo I came out of the room feeling invigorated, energised and motivated. Over the course of our next few meetings she had a profound effect on my personal development; teaching me some valuable skills both for life and work which have really helped me since.
Sessions with her were always fun and innovative and left me with a great deal of clarity about the course of action I needed to take thereafter. The benefits in my work were hugely noticeable and commented on by colleagues. I sincerely hope I get the opportunity to work with her again”.
Stephen Henry Sales and Operations Director at Switch My Business
“On first meeting Jo for a coaching session I was a little unsure as to what to expect. It's always a little nervy not knowing someone you're about to possibly open up to. On meeting Jo I found her to be genuine, warm, friendly, approachable but more importantly trust worthy.
During my time working with Jo I found Jo had a knack of bringing out my deepest concerns, worries and inhibitions. Jo then instantly allowed me to see those as positives and not negative weights holding me back. It meant for me I was ready for the next chapter in my life. With an immediate fresh outlook I was able to take back control of my career.
It is thanks to Jo that I successfully run my own business now demonstrating all my life skills. It was Jo that allowed me to believe in my ability when others may have suppressed that ability. Jo is a great coach and I highly recommend her”.
Simon McCarrick Assoc CIPD
"Jo worked for me at TalkTalk as part of our PSL of exec and team coaches. Jo was one of our most highly regarded spot coaches for her empathic and inclusive style. We were always asked when she was coming back into the business again by almost everyone she coached.
I personally enjoyed talking to Jo for her insights in our business, insightful approach and nuanced links to wellbeing and behavioural change. She was an active member always willing to contribute at our quarterly PSL meetings, an important way in which we drive engagement and knowledge for our coaches.
I would recommend Jo with no hesitation, for any businesses looking to support their people to drive better performance and that are looking for true partners who are willing to build deep and long lasting relationships."
Jo Taylor Global Director of Talent OD/MD Let’s Talk Talent.
