This program is Step 2 of our 130-hour Certified Generative Coach program, designed for individuals who aspire to invite change by artfully using generative coaching methods and pursue an International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC credential. 

Step 2 offers personal development to coach for authenticity and professional learning to apply multiple ways to generate client knowing that breaks through blocks and bias and strengthens skills to evoke awareness, clarity, and alignment with new, sovereign choices.

WHO THIS PROGRAM SERVES:

  • Practicing coaches who have completed Level 1 or ACTSH training, either through inviteCHANGE or another relevant program, and are ready to advance their coaching skills and credentials.
  • ACC credentialed coaches looking to upgrade their ICF credentials and earn their PCC designation.
  • Individuals committed to personal and professional growth who seek to embody sovereignty in their coaching practice and in life.

Flexible Learning Over 7 Months: 70 Total Learning Hours

  • Weekly Live Video Sessions: Choose from two convenient 2-hour timeslots led by ICF-PCC and MCC credentialed coaches in English.
  • Peer Coaching Program: Practice your skills in a supportive, risk-free environment with fellow participants to build confidence and competence.
  • Personalized Mentor Coaching: Receive 7 group mentor coaching hours and 3 individual mentor coaching hours, paced to support your progress toward completing client coaching requirements.
  • Self-Managed Learning: Access asynchronous, multimedia content through the inviteCHANGE Learning Cloud, allowing you to deepen your understanding of ICF Core Competencies at your own pace.
  • Advanced Skill Development: Tailored coaching skill and behavior development aligned with ICF-PCC standards, preparing you for real-world client engagements.
  • Generative Coaching Curriculum: Engage with intermediate-level inviteCHANGE Generative Coaching methods to enhance your coaching mindset and techniques.

70 TOTAL CONTACT LEARNING HOURS

Includes 10 Hours of Mentor Coaching to satisfy ICF requirement for PCC credential.

This program is the 2nd step of our full 130 hour Certified Generative Coach Level 2 program.

PRE-REQUISITE: Previous completion of 60 hour ACSTH or Level 1 curriculum, or an active ACC credential

Tuition: $7,650* full payment OR **$100 deposit plus $943.75 per month for 8 months.

Program tuition includes Washington state retail mandatory sales tax fee.

PAYMENT TERMS

* Full Payment due prior to program start date.
** Payment plans begin on the 1st business day of the month in which your enrolled program begins.

  • Completion Certificates are issued only when full tuition amount is paid.
  • There is no penalty for early payment of tuition in advance.
