This program is Part 2 of our 130 hour signature Certified Generative Coach program for those seeking to become a certified coach and pursue an International Coaching Federation credential.
WHO THIS PROGRAM SERVES:
The Professional Coaching: Being Generative curriculum advances development of a generative coaching mindset and skill set to the ICF-PCC level of development.
Participants expand foundational skills to demonstrate personal and professional sovereignty, and authenticity in presence and partnering.
Achieve confident coaching competence that amplifies the ICF core competencies by adopting the full range of Generative Coaching principles, models, and techniques.
Identify and embody your unique signature as a coach and evoke sustained excellence with clients. Tailored group and individual mentor coaching through a disciplined coach development plan prepares participants to submit client session recordings for assessment that earns the ICF PCC Credential award as soon as the client coaching hours requirement is met (500 hours with 25 clients).
FLEXIBLE DELIVERY FOR 70 TOTAL LEARNING HOURS: 7 MONTHS
Weekly live video sessions, 2 hours, in choice of 2 timeslots
7 group mentor coaching hours and 3 individual mentor coaching hours that align with the pace each participant follows to gain client coaching experience to the minimum.
Asynchronous hours via Learning Cloud that delivers self-managed, multi-media and interactive learning about the ICF Core Competency Skills.
Tailored ICF Core Competency skill and behavior development to the ICF-PCC standard in advance of client experience.
Intermediate curriculum for inviteCHANGE Generative Coaching methods.
This program is the 2nd part of our full 130 hour Certified Generative Coach Level 2 program.
PRE-REQUISITE: Previous completion of 60 hour ACSTH or Level 1 curriculum, or an active ACC credential
Tuition: $7,650* full payment OR **$100 deposit plus $943.75 per month for 8 months.
