Develop a coaching mindset and improve your coaching skills by showcasing professional coaching abilities according to the 8 core competencies set out by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In a friendly and collaborative setting, learn to facilitate and navigate any personal or professional coaching interaction.
Gain effective techniques for establishing and sustaining coaching relationships. This is valuable for leaders in a business who collaborate with colleagues and subordinates, as well as for individuals who work independently with a chosen group of customers.

Individuals who identify as practicing coaches and have not yet earned an ICF credential award.

Leaders who sponsor and manage internal coaching programs that seek to deploy leaders trained to be internal coaches for colleagues across the enterprise.

Program Details
FLEXIBLE DELIVERY OVER 6 MONTHS
Weekly live video sessions, 2 hours, in choice of 2 timeslots
- Delivered in English via 2-hour live video sessions by ICF-PCC and MCC Credentialed Coaches.
- Peer Coaching Program for risk-free practice
7 group mentor coaching hours and 3 individual mentor coaching hours that align with the pace each participant follows to gain client coaching experience to the minimum.
Asynchronous hours via Learning Cloud that delivers self-managed, multi-media and interactive learning about the ICF Core Competency Skills.
Tailored ICF Core Competency skill and behavior development to the ICF-ACC standard in advance of client experience.
Foundational curriculum for inviteCHANGE Generative Coaching methods.
60 TOTAL CONTACT LEARNING HOURS
Includes 10 Hours of Mentor Coaching to satisfy ICF requirement for ACC credential.
$6,700* full payment OR **$100 deposit plus $1100 per month for 6 months.
PAYMENT TERMS
*Full Payment due prior to program start date.
**Payment plans begin on the 1st business day of the month in which your enrolled program begins.
- Completion Certificates are issued only when full tuition amount is paid.
- There is no penalty for early payment of tuition in advance.
